Dawn Mueller brings passion, commitment and customer service to her facilities management service delivery. She works for Edgewood Center, a non-profit specializing in children and families. She manages a campus environment and five satellite locations in the Bay Area. Her 25 years of facilities management experience and breadth of responsibility enable her to respond to the most challenging of situations with innovation, cost effectiveness and quality delivery. Mueller has been in for-profit billion dollar corporations and hyper-growth Internet start-ups, governments and not-for-profit agencies. Her expertise is real estate, construction, food services, vehicle management, space planning, contract negotiations, move management, print/copy/fax technology innovation, and disaster recovery/business continuity planning. Mueller has been a certified facilities manager (CFM) for 9 years, has held numerous volunteer board positions for International Facility Management Association (IFMA) and currently is Vice President of the San Francisco chapter.

Noel McNulty is a Facilities and Operations Manager with Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP, where he is responsible for all Real Estate, Operations and Administrative/Office Services in the firm’s San Francisco and Silicon Valley offices. McNulty joined Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer in 2012 after five years as Facilities Manager with mid-sized San Francisco firm Howard Rice. Prior to joining Howard Rice, he was a member of the Facilities Department at Farella Braun + Martel for more than five years. An active member of the IFMA and Legal Industry Council communities for more than 12 years, he is currently serving as President of the Legal Industry Council as well as Past President of the San Francisco Chapter of IFMA. He has also served as the San Francisco chapter’s Treasurer. McNulty is also an advisory board member for UC Berkeley Extension’s facilities management program. A native of Ireland, McNulty came to the US in 1993 and began working in the hospitality industry for the Omni & Hilton Hotel Groups. He is currently pursuing his SFP (Sustainability Facilities Professional) credential and, once completed, plans on obtaining his CFM (Certified Facility Management) designation.

Jonathan is a business development manager with VIVREAU, the global leader in high-performance, NSF-certified water systems designed for integration into Fortune 500 workspaces, universities and hospitality firms to help them demonstrate environmental stewardship and achieve their sustainability goals. Jonathan is currently a LEED Green Associate, and hopes to grow his knowledge and understanding of the current and future work space environments, while providing mentorship and resources to colleagues and friends. When not working, Jonathan loves volunteering in his community, playing soccer, and looking at the stars and planets with my telescope. Jonathan has a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from San Francisco State University.

Luis Zamora is an Account Manager at Williams Lea in San Francisco providing business process outsourcing (BPO) services to the greater bay area. Luis brings over 10 years of experience from the BPO field and has worked with multiple law firm clients throughout California. His diverse background includes process implementation, facilities & records management, overall office document services oversight, as well as fulfilling initiatives both locally and nationally within his organization. Mr. Zamora is currently pursuing his facilities management credentials.

Lynne is serving her second term as Secretary of the San Francisco Chapter. An active member of IFMA for almost 20 years, Lynne also served two terms as Secretary beginning in 2001. Lynne is an Account Executive with Corovan Moving & Storage, and has over 25 years of experience in the commercial moving industry.

For the past ten years Catherine Belmont has worked as a Museum Collection Storage Specialist. Working with museum registrars and curators or private collectors, she provides museum cabinets, art rack systems, high-density mobile shelving, and designs custom solutions to properly preserve the collections. Some of the Bay Area museums and archive societies Catherine has projects with are SFMOMA, The Asian Art Museum, California Academy of Sciences, California Historical Society, and the Wells Fargo Archives Museum. In 2006 Catherine joined IFMA and in 2010 was nominated to be on the Board of Directors as Treasurer of the San Francisco Chapter. Currently she is supporting the chapter as Membership Chair.

Karen D. Cochran, CFM, RPA, FMA, CCIM, LEED AP
Real Estate and Sustainability Strategist

Karen Cochran is the Real Estate Sustainability Lead at PG&E in San Francisco which provides electricity and gas to Northern California. Karen’s energy, and her breadth and depth of experience in commercial real estate and facility management and strategy is currently being applied to making PG&E’s 7 million square foot portfolio higher performing and environmentally friendly. Ms. Cochran has shared her knowledge as a panelist, speaker, and instructor on the local and national level. She has been an active member of IFMA SF for many years, including on the board as Sustainability Lead. Cochran’s credentials include a BA, Architecture from Rice University, LEED AP, CFM, CCIM, RPA, and FMA.
