    Luis A. Zamora is the Facilities Supervisor at the law firm of Morgan Lewis in San Francisco.
    With over 10 years of experience within corporate office environments, his diverse background includes process implementation, facilities & records management, overall office oversight, as well as fulfilling initiatives both locally and nationally within his organizations.
    Mr. Zamora is currently pursuing his facilities management credentials.

    For the past 12 years Catherine Belmont has worked as a Systems Planner for corporate, museum, and education clients in Northern California. Specializing in designing custom storage solutions from Spacesaver Corporation. Recent projects include SFO Administrative Campus, Salesforce, SFMOMA, and Stanford. In 2006 Catherine joined IFMA and has severed  on the Board as Treasurer in 2010, Membership Chair in 2012-2017.


  • Bruce Shapiro

    Director of Facilities Operations

    Bruce Shapiro Is currently the Director of Facilities Operations @ the Jewish Community Center of San Francisco. He has working in facilities management of higher education research facilities, medical centers and community colleges.  He has played a key role in energy conservation, building automation, maintenance & operation, and the identification of viable innovative technologies. He has taught industry related courses in the California University Extension program and specific safety subjects on manufacturing sites in the Bay Area. He is a CFM, CEM (Certified Energy Manager) has his MBA from the University of La Verne and currently working on obtaining his CFM Trainer certification.

      Lynne is serving her second term as Secretary of the San Francisco Chapter. An active member of IFMA for almost 20 years, Lynne also served two terms as Secretary beginning in 2001. Lynne is an Account Executive with Corovan Moving & Storage, and has over 25 years of experience in the commercial moving industry.

      David is currently working at Aerotek and manages the Facilities Division across the Bay Area where he helps companies find facilities candidates. Additionally, David is pursing his MBA at St. Mary’s College of California.

      Sustainability Chair

      Real Estate and Sustainability Strategist

      Karen Cochran is the Real Estate Sustainability Lead at PG&E in San Francisco which provides electricity and gas to Northern California. Karen’s energy, and her breadth and depth of experience in commercial real estate and facility management and strategy is currently being applied to making PG&E’s 7 million square foot portfolio higher performing and environmentally friendly. Ms. Cochran has shared her knowledge as a panelist, speaker, and instructor on the local and national level. She has been an active member of IFMA SF for many years, including on the board as Sustainability Lead. Cochran’s credentials include a BA, Architecture from Rice University, LEED AP, CFM, CCIM, RPA, and FMA.

      Facilities and Operations Manager

      Noel McNulty is a Facilities and Operations Manager with Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP, where he is responsible for all Real Estate, Operations and Administrative/Office Services in the firm’s San Francisco and Silicon Valley offices. McNulty joined Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer in 2012 after five years as Facilities Manager with mid-sized San Francisco firm Howard Rice. Prior to joining Howard Rice, he was a member of the Facilities Department at Farella Braun + Martel for more than five years. An active member of the IFMA and Legal Industry Council communities for more than 12 years, he is currently serving as President of the Legal Industry Council as well as Past President of the San Francisco Chapter of IFMA. He has also served as the San Francisco chapter’s Treasurer. McNulty is also an advisory board member for UC Berkeley Extension’s facilities management program. A native of Ireland, McNulty came to the US in 1993 and began working in the hospitality industry for the Omni & Hilton Hotel Groups. He is currently pursuing his SFP (Sustainability Facilities Professional) credential and, once completed, plans on obtaining his CFM (Certified Facility Management) designation.

      Lindsay Dellas is chapter administrator for the San Francisco Chapter of IFMA. Lindsay brings her years of experience in event production and personal assistant work together to facilitate events and tours for IFMA SF.
