Health Care—The Critical Collaboration Facilities Managers Practice

Successful health care organizations have acknowledged the importance of continually adapting to the changing health care environment. Healthcare at HOK and facilities managers at Kaiser Permanente will present case studies and discuss the positive impact of change, reflect on the past and envision the future.

To be successful and truly be leaders in this arena, health facilities professionals and architects need to face and embrace changeno matter the source. They need to find ways to adapt to new environments and to accept the changes that are coming.
