Spanning across all industries in San Francisco, IFMA offers a unique opportunity to interact, learn and have fun with a variety of different professionals in the area. Our association meets frequently for networking events, trainings and facility tours to stay up to date with current happenings in the industry.
Our group is made up of Facility Managers, Architects, Construction Professionals, Furniture Dealers and so much more. Not only will you get a chance to meet new people and learn, you will get a chance to meet a potential client or service provider to help further your business!

Heather Sawyer
Heather Sawyer, a seasoned operations, construction project manager and workplace strategist with over a decade of experience managing high-impact initiatives at companies like Cushman, CBRE, Scopely, WeWork, and Google. I specialize in driving organizational scalability, cross-functional coordination, and cultural engagement across global teams, with a strong foundation in sustainable development and facilities management. I have been an IFMA member and CFM certified for over three years.

With over a decade of experience in facilities management, I’ve built my career from the ground up—starting in operations, shifting into moves management, and now embracing the dynamic world of facility technology. As a proud member of IFMA for the past five years, I’ve found tremendous value in the professional community and resources the organization provides. I’m excited to serve on the SF Chapter board and look forward to giving back to our incredible members, supporting their growth just as IFMA has supported mine
